Refund policy

Right of withdrawal (EU customers): Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order or return your books within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without needing to justify your decision.

To exercise this right, log in to your account on our website and submit a return or cancellation request from your order page. You don't need to send the physical book back to us. Once your request is approved, we will refund the price paid for the goods plus the cost of our standard shipping option (currently World Post International Untracked), within 14 days.

If you chose a faster or upgraded shipping method at checkout, only the cost of our standard shipping option will be refunded. The additional cost of the upgrade is non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted books: If your book arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, please submit a request through your account with your order number and a photo of the issue as soon as you notice it, and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no additional charge to you. This applies regardless of how much time has passed since delivery, in line with your legal right to receive goods that match what was ordered.

Refund timing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
