Shipping policy

All books are printed on demand by our print partner, Bookvault, and shipped directly from their facility. Once your order is placed, an estimated dispatch date will be shown at checkout. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–10 working days within the EU, and may vary for other destinations. Bookvault ships worldwide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

If you cancel your order or return your books under our 14-day right of withdrawal (see our Return and Refund Policy), the cost of standard shipping will be refunded along with the price of the goods. If you selected an upgraded or expedited shipping option, only the cost of our standard shipping option will be refunded.

Once your order has shipped, shipping costs are otherwise non-refundable, except where required by law or covered under our Return and Refund Policy.
